Quoted fares are for oneway travel on the shortest possible route unless a round trip is booked in advance.
Toll tax, parking charges and interstate permit/entry tax (if any) are payable extra by the passenger.
No cancellation fee is charged if a trip is cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may attract a nominal charge.
Extended waiting time beyond the agreed limit and late-night travel may attract nominal additional charges, informed in advance.
Outstation & round trips include a standard driver allowance for overnight halts, as applicable.
Standard personal luggage is included; excess or oversized luggage should be informed at the time of booking.
In the rare event of a breakdown, we arrange an alternate vehicle at the earliest to complete your journey.
